Insulin device & needle
Generic MedicineDescription
Pen device: This is an insulin delivery device developed for diabetes patients to self-administer insulin in a convenient manner. It looks like a pen with a push, twist and lock cartridge holder that allows users to conveniently inject insulin, read and correct dosages easily, and change cartridges in a fast and simple way. This allows the injection of 1 to 60 units of insulin or any 3 mL cartridge. If you set too many units, you can correct the dose without wasting any insulin.
Pen needle:
- 4 mm needles are associated with less risk of intramuscular injections compared to 6 mm needles.
- Unique needle design to reduce the risk of bending or breaking.
- 4 mm length is suitable for subcutaneous delivery, regardless of BMI.
- Compatible with most pen devices to simplify use.
