Calamine provides mild astringent and anti-itch effects. Zinc oxide offers soothing, protective, and astringent properties, and is commonly used in treating eczema, minor skin injuries, wounds, and hemorrhoids. It also reflects ultraviolet rays and can act as a physical sunscreen.
Dosage Administration
Adult: Apply 3-4 times daily for 3-5 days.

Use this medication on the skin only. Follow all directions on the product package, or use as directed by your doctor. Shake the bottle well before using. Apply the medication with a cotton pad, and allow the medication to dry on the skin. If you are uncertain about any of the information, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
