This combination is indicated for normal skin types exposed to intense sunlight. It is also used in:

• Photodermatoses, including those caused by radiotherapy
• Photosensitization reactions
• Solar urticaria
• Acute solar dermatitis
• Drug-induced photosensitivity
• Acute lupus erythematosus
• Herpes simplex
• Polymorphic light eruption
• Cutaneous albinism
• Vitiligo

This lotion is a non-greasy, water-resistant sun protection preparation that helps prevent sunburn in all skin types. It provides effective protection against harmful ultraviolet (UV) radiation responsible for skin cancer, premature aging, wrinkling, and skin darkening due to sun exposure. It offers a sun protection factor (SPF) of 6 against UVA rays and 28 against UVB rays. SPF indicates how much longer skin can stay in the sun without burning compared to unprotected skin.

The product provides approximately 28 times more protection against sunburn and maintains its protective effect for up to 60 minutes in water.

This lotion should be applied carefully and evenly on skin before sun exposure. Apply 45 minutes before swimming or sweat producing exercise. A single application may give day-long protection but the product should be re-applied during prolonged periods of sunning and after swimming or excessive sweating.

No known or well-documented drug interactions have been reported with this product.

It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of its components.

Application on sensitive or broken skin may cause irritation such as erythema, burning sensation, or rash.

This lotion should be used during pregnancy and lactation only if the expected benefits outweigh the potential risks.

Avoid application on broken or damaged skin. Contact with eyes and other mucous membranes should be avoided.
