This formulation is a combination product with antibacterial, antifungal, antiprotozoal, and anti-inflammatory actions. Ofloxacin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms. Ornidazole belongs to the nitroimidazole class and is active against protozoa and anaerobic bacteria. Terbinafine is an allylamine antifungal that inhibits ergosterol synthesis by blocking squalene epoxidase, leading to fungal cell death. Clobetasol propionate is a potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, itching, and causes vasoconstriction.
Apply by gently rubbing onto the affected area twice daily.
No significant drug interactions have been reported.
Contraindicated in individuals with known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation.
Burning sensation, itching, irritation, and dryness of the skin may occur.
