Sida cordifolia: Contains ephedrine and acts as a central nervous system stimulant. It helps improve strength and muscle tone. It also contains phytosterols and bronchodilating alkaloids, making it useful in asthma. It is particularly beneficial for outdoor athletes.

Withania somnifera: The root contains alkaloids such as withasomines, withanolides, and steroidal lactones. It acts as an adaptogen, anti-inflammatory, anxiolytic, immunomodulator, tonic, and aphrodisiac.

Vanda roxburghii: The roots are used in bronchitis and rheumatism. Heptacosane and octacosanol present in it show anti-inflammatory activity.

Ricinus communis: Eranda is sweet, light, bitter, and purgative. Castor oil is useful in rheumatic conditions and helps relieve dyspnea, flatulence, visceral pain, lumbago, and headache. It is also suitable for children and postpartum women.

Elettaria cardamomum: It possesses carminative and stimulant properties and supports digestion.

Syzygium aromaticum: The eugenol and acetyl eugenol present in clove oil inhibit arachidonate-adrenaline and collagen-induced platelet aggregation.

Vetiveria zizanoides: The root is tonic, diuretic, stomachic, and antispasmodic. It helps in dyspepsia, indigestion, diarrhea, and vomiting.
