This gel is used for the treatment of various types of scars, including:

• Hypertrophic and keloid scars
• Scars formed after surgical procedures
• Scars resulting from burns, trauma, or amputation
• Scars caused by tendon contracture due to injury

Extract of Allium cepa: Derived from onion extract, it exhibits anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties by reducing the release of inflammatory mediators. It inhibits the growth of fibroblasts, particularly those involved in keloid formation, and also provides antibacterial action. These effects promote wound healing and help prevent abnormal scar formation.

Heparin: When applied locally, it inhibits fibroblast proliferation. It also enhances tissue hydration and reduces inflammation and hardness in the affected area.

Allantoin: It promotes cell growth and supports the regeneration of healthy skin. It enhances epithelial formation and improves skin elasticity, making it effective in scar treatment.

Clinical studies:

• Studies involving 1,268 patients showed that after 2–3 months of treatment, there was a significant reduction in scar width (31.5%) and height (47.8%).
• In another study of 61 women after C-section, treatment for six weeks improved scar color, texture, and irregularity significantly.

This gel should be applied 3–4 times a day to the affected area and massaged gently in order to achieve better penetration. Continue with a circular motion until the gel is completely absorbed. Treatment may take several weeks or months depending on the size of existing scars and contracture.

This gel is very safe and its tolerability has been proven in numerous clinical studies. Small children and even babies can be treated safely.

No known or reported drug interactions have been identified with this gel.

This product should not be used in individuals who are allergic to any of its components.

The gel is generally safe and well tolerated, even with long-term use. Occasionally, mild local reactions such as redness or itching may occur, but these usually do not require discontinuation of therapy.

There is limited evidence regarding its safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding; therefore, it should be used cautiously.

While treating recent scars, avoid exposure to excessive cold, ultraviolet (UV) light, and vigorous massage. Do not allow the gel to come into contact with the eyes, inside of the nose, mouth, or other mucous membranes.

Store in a cool and dry place below 25°C, protected from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.
