Naftidrofuryl Oxalate is used in the treatment of peripheral vascular disorders, which involve poor blood circulation outside the brain and heart. It is indicated for the relief of:
- Intermittent claudication
- Night-time leg cramps
- Severe rest pain in the legs
- Pale or bluish fingers or toes, worsened by cold exposure
- Numbness, tingling, or burning sensations in fingers or toes (Raynaud’s syndrome or acrocyanosis)
- Trophic ulcers of the legs or feet
- Diabetic peripheral vascular disease (diabetic arteriopathy)
- Gangrene associated with poor circulation
