In a strategic move to expand its life-saving drug business, Radiant assimilated Julphar Bangladesh Limited, the 11-year old pharmaceutical company, into Radiant Business Consortium Limited on July 13, 2020, and subsequently renamed it Jenphar Bangladesh Limited with the approval of the Office of the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms on September 29, 2021.
The state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities of Jenphar Bangladesh Limited has been engineered in order to comply international regulatory requirements like WHO-GMP, US-FDA & AustralianTGA guidelines. Its diverse product portfolio encompasses over 100 registered products, including Antibiotics, Anti-ulcerants, Pain killers, Anti-hypertensive, Anti-diabetics, Antiasthmatic, Dermatological and Nutritional supplements. Spanning across 5.4 acres of landscaped surroundings, the manufacturing plant combines cutting-edge technology with the natural aesthetic beauty of its environment.
