Netarsudil + Latanoprost
Generic MedicinePharmacology
This is a fixed-dose combination of a Rho kinase inhibitor and a Prostaglandin F2α analogue. Netarsudil is a Rho kinase inhibitor that works at the cellular level within the trabecular outflow pathway by relaxing actin-myosin. This causes relaxation of the trabecular meshwork and the inner wall of Schlemm's canal, helping to reduce episcleral venous pressure (EVP).
Latanoprost is a selective FP receptor agonist that lowers intraocular pressure by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor through the uveoscleral pathway.

The recommended dosage is one drop in the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening.
Contraindications
This eye drop is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any component of this preparation.
