Carbamide Peroxide ear drops are indicated to help soften, loosen, and facilitate the removal of excessive ear wax.
Carbamide Peroxide
Generic MedicinePharmacology
Carbamide Peroxide is used in ear drops for the removal of ear wax. Ear wax plays a protective role by trapping dirt, bacteria, and other foreign particles that may affect hearing. However, excessive accumulation can block the ear canal and impair hearing. Carbamide Peroxide releases oxygen upon contact with the skin, producing a foaming action. This foam helps to break down and dislodge ear wax, making it easier to remove. Thus, the drops effectively soften, loosen, and clear excessive ear wax.
