Pramoxine hydrochloride blocks sodium ion channels in neuronal cell membranes, thereby preventing the transmission of pain impulses and producing a local anesthetic effect. Calamine produces a cooling sensation on the skin and provides an anti-itching effect.
Dosage Administration
Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
Children under 2 years of age: Consult with a doctor.

Precautions & Warnings

In case of ingestion, seek immediate medical attention or contact a poison control center.
