• Glucosamine Sulfate 750 mg
• Boswellia serrata 50 mg

Undenatured Type II Collagen: It is a nutritional supplement derived from chicken sternum cartilage using a low-temperature, non-enzymatic patented process that preserves its natural triple helix structure and biological activity. It works through oral tolerance by interacting with Peyer’s patches in the small intestine, converting T-cells into regulatory T-cells. These cells migrate to joints and release anti-inflammatory cytokines such as TGF-beta and IL-10, reducing inflammation and supporting cartilage repair.

Glucosamine Sulfate: A natural amino sugar that helps build cartilage and supports synovial fluid. It plays a role in maintaining joint structure and function. Clinical studies show long-term use may reduce joint degeneration and improve symptoms in osteoarthritis patients.

Boswellia Serrata: A plant extract that supports joint health by inhibiting inflammatory mediators such as 5-LOX and leukotriene B4. It has been shown to reduce joint pain and improve function in osteoarthritis and may help protect cartilage.

Boron (Calcium Fructoborate): A natural plant-mineral complex found in fruits and vegetables. It helps reduce inflammation by lowering C-reactive protein levels and supports bone health by maintaining bone mineral density.

Adult dose: 1 tablet orally twice daily after meal. Or as directed by the physician.

Use in children & adolescents: Safety and effectiveness in children patients below 12 years of age have not been established.

No significant drug interactions have been reported for Undenatured Type II Collagen, Boswellia serrata, Glucosamine sulfate, or Calcium fructoborate. However, Glucosamine sulfate and Boswellia serrata may interact with blood-thinning medications such as warfarin and heparin.

Patients with diabetes should use Glucosamine sulfate only under medical supervision, as it may affect insulin sensitivity. Individuals allergic to shellfish should consult a physician before use, although such allergy is usually not a strict limitation. Safety in children, pregnant, and breastfeeding women has not been well established; therefore, use is not recommended. Patients experiencing adverse reactions should discontinue use and consult a physician.

Glucosamine sulfate is generally well tolerated. Possible side effects include nausea, heartburn, diarrhea, constipation, drowsiness, skin reactions, and headache. Some products may contain incorrect dosage or excessive manganese.

Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation due to insufficient safety data.

Diabetic patients should regularly monitor blood glucose levels when using Glucosamine. No adequate studies are available in patients with renal or hepatic impairment; therefore, use in severe cases should be under medical supervision.

Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal discomfort.
