Lynestrenol and Ethinyl Estradiol is a combined contraceptive pill indicated as an oral contraceptive.

The first tablet of the first pack should be taken on the first day of menstruation. The same procedure should be followed when switching to another brand of oral contraceptive. One tablet must be taken at the same time every day without any break for 22 days. The remaining 6 days are tablet-free time. After the 6-day tablet-free period ends, tablet-taking from the next pack should begin.

Administration

If you are currently not taking any tablet:
Wait until the next menstruation begins. On the first day of menstruation, start taking the first tablet marked with the specific day from the top row of the pack. For example, if your period starts on Wednesday, take the tablet marked Wednesday from the top row of the pack. Following the same rule, take 1 tablet each day at the same time following the arrow marks until you finish all 22 tablets. Remember, if you start taking the tablet from the first day of your period and do not forget to take any tablet, you do not need to take any additional precautionary birth control measures.

If 5 days have already passed since your period started, then count the day of period onset as day 1 and start taking the first tablet from day 5. It does not matter if menstrual discharge has stopped within these 5 days. Follow the arrow marks and finish the entire pack of tablets (according to the rules described in point 1). In this case, for the first 14 days of tablet-taking, your partner must use an additional precautionary birth control method (e.g., condom).

If your period started more than 5 days ago, then you must wait until the next menstruation begins to start taking this tablet

• Cardiovascular disorders, such as thrombophlebitis and thromboembolic processes, or if these conditions have occurred in the past.
• Severe high blood pressure.
• Severe liver disease, or if there is a known history of liver function failing to return to normal in tests, cholestatic jaundice; history of jaundice during pregnancy or jaundice due to steroid use; Rotor syndrome and Dubin-Johnson syndrome.
• If there is or suspected estrogen-dependent tumor.
• Endometrial hyperplasia.
• If there is undiagnosed vaginal bleeding.
• Porphyria.
• Hyperlipoproteinemia, especially in the presence of risk factors that may increase the possibility of cardiovascular disease.
• If there is a history of steroid use in severe pruritus or herpes gestationis during or before pregnancy.
• If you are over 35 years of age and you are a smoker, you must refrain from smoking while taking this pill.

In the initial stage, some people may experience temporary side effects such as headache, nausea, weight gain, mood changes, breast pain, high blood pressure, blood clots in arteries, difficulty in liver and kidney function, etc.

It should not be used during pregnancy.

If you forget to take one or more tablets:

If the tablet is not taken at the scheduled time and 12 hours have not passed, take the forgotten tablet as soon as you remember. Take the subsequent tablets at the correct time according to the schedule. In this case, the full effectiveness of the tablet will be maintained.

If more than 12 hours have passed, the effectiveness of the tablet decreases. In that case, you must take two tablets the next day. Take the first forgotten tablet as soon as you remember and take the other at the scheduled time of the day. Finish taking all the tablets of the entire pack according to the rules. In this case, for the next 14 days or until your next menstruation begins, whichever is later, your partner must use an additional precautionary birth control method (e.g., condom).
