D-chiro-inositol + Myo-inositol
Generic MedicineIndications
Pharmacology
D-chiro-inositol is a naturally occurring inositol isomer extracted through a patented process from the carob (Ceratonia siliqua) pod native to Southern Europe. The combination of D-chiro-inositol and Myo-inositol in a specific ratio may help correct hormonal imbalance and regulate the menstrual cycle to promote ovulation. This combination significantly reduces prolactin, testosterone, and luteinizing hormone levels, while also helping to balance the ratio of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). It improves insulin sensitivity, increases estrogen levels, and reduces oxidative stress in ovarian follicles. It supports follicular development, enhances egg quality, and restores ovulation in women, thereby improving the chances of pregnancy. It also helps prevent the onset of gestational diabetes mellitus and reduces PCOS-related symptoms, ultimately improving fertility in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
