Globex Pharmaceuticals Limited was incorporated in Bangladesh on 20th December, 1992 as a Private Limited Company and later on the company converted to Public Limited Company on 14th August, 2014 under the Companies Act, 1994 by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms.
Globex Pharmaceuticals Limited offers prescription medicine with the aim of having a meaningful impact on peoples’ live. Our quest is to deliver quality products driven by entrepreneurial spirit, a commitment to integrity and deep respect for people and community.
Delta Hospital Limited stands out as the leading and successful multidisciplinary integrated General as well as Specialized Cancer Hospital in the country since its inception from June, 1987. To fulfill its commitment for enriching health care services for all and to expand its business, the Delta Hospital has launched Globex Pharmaceuticals Limited in the Pharmaceutical Sector of Bangladesh in mid January 2012.
