About Company
Eskayef is one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh with global accreditations from US FDA, UK MHRA, EU GMP, VMD UK, TGA Australia, ANVISA Brazil etc. The history of Eskayef dates back to 1979, when the company was incorporated in Bangladesh, as a subsidiary of the world-renowned multinational pharmaceutical company, SK&F (SmithKline & French, USA).
In 1990, the Bangladesh operation of SK&F was acquired by Transcom Group, in the wake of the merge between SmithKline & French, USA and Beecham, UK. That was the first incidence of taking over of a multinational company by a Bangladeshi establishment. After the acquisition, the new company was named Eskayef Bangladesh Limited. As Eskayef continued to increase its global presence, in 2017 it was renamed as Eskayef Pharmaceuticals Ltd. At present, Eskayef has global presence in many countries across Europe, America, Australia, Africa and Asia.
